I worked with Tony for 9 years and l can safely say they were the best years of my professional and personal life. I have never met anyone who works as hard as him and never complains about his role in the school. He was more than just a principal, he was an inspirational leader who believes in individuals and brings out the best in them with the highest expectations and formidable support. 

Personally, I would never be where l am today if it wasn’t for his qualities. He always set the best example coming to school at 4 am and staying hours after everyone had gone home. He was never too busy to listen to our problems and l always admired his perspective. His logical reasoning never failed to amaze me and l used to observe how he spoke to people in the hope of emulating this. On a personal level, he made us feel like family while maintaining a professional space. Even when we disagreed, which happens in any work place, he was always the bigger person who treated his employees as his own family. His first priority was always the students and he never spared an effort to give them the best learning environment possible and indirectly took care of us so we could deliver the best to the students. 

I talk about him everywhere. All my friends and close colleagues know who Tony is. We are blessed to have had him in our lives at a very tough time, in a difficult country.

 I still turn to him for advice, five years after we parted, and l value his words more than any other leader in my life he was never a boss he was a true leader.

Mr. Tony is an excellent role model as an educator, an administrator, and indeed a great leader. What I learned from Mr. Tony is to empower others and to stay true to your beliefs and principles.

I have known Tony for several years now. He was Executive Principal at an International School in KSA.

I went to see Tony for an extensive interview in London and I was immediately struck by his straightforward approach. Relocating to KSA (or indeed any country these days) is not an easy process. Tony walked me through the entire process, sent me regular emails, advised me how to overcome issues and I was soon working with him in KSA.

Tony has an uncanny ability to bring out the best in people through his infectious positivity. He has immense knowledge and experience and has truly outstanding leadership qualities.

I've known Mr Tony since 2009 and I can easily say he is the most professional, yet kind-hearted person I've ever met. He was strict when it came to work, his students and manners. I have interacted with Mr Tony Fynn for 9 years from 2009 to 2018 as a parent to students at Nada International School (Al Hasa, Saudi Arabia). During that time, I noticed how analytical, understanding, organised, cohesive and competent Mr Tony was as a principal in terms of dealing with students and their issues as well as parents and their struggles with their children at school. Not to mention, how observant he was regarding students’ behaviour. I believe that the system Mr Tony implemented at school was the reason most students at Nada went on to continue their education at some of the most respectable universities and were able to even receive scholarships due to their achievements. However, I am saddened by the loss our school experienced when Tony left. His departure left a void that has been difficult to fill. The impact he had on students, parents, and the overall local community was profound, and his absence has been deeply felt.

When my son was struggling to understand trigonometry, I was given Tony’s number by a friend. We were very fortunate to get a spot in his busy schedule. That year, after Tony’s one-on-one tutelage, my son finished top of his class attaining the highest mark in one subject for his year group, the second highest in a second subject and 6^th in math. Most importantly, we witnessed a shift in his work ethic and confidence outside the class as well, which continues today three years on. Tony’s ability to promote personal growth and foster academic excellence has been discussed widely in many testimonials and this one is no different!
